The spiritual welfare of the boys is as important to us as their physical well being.
The school chapel provides a haven amidst the noise and bustle of the day. Assemblies and the celebration of the Mass are the main acts of public worship. In addition class and year group masses prepared by the boys are a vital part of their spiritual development.
In the Senior Department the boys continue with the “Here I Am” R.E. scheme approved by the diocese. As they move up through the school the requirements of Common Entrance and Scholarship examinations call for a more Scripture centred approach, and they are introduced to "The Way, The Truth and The Life" series.
Boys in the fifth form visit a local Catholic church and a seminary whilst a Day of spiritual reflection is an integral part of the post C.E. and Scholarship programme.
We pray together in class and in assembly for the needs of the Cranmore Family. We celebrate the boys achievements and give thanks for their God given gifts and talents.
