Chaplaincy

The Chaplaincy serves and supports the whole school community. Our Chaplain, Mrs Mary Benton, is part of the pastoral team, accompanying and listening to boys, colleagues and parents in need of support.

Mary also coordinates the various Liturgies. Mass is held monthly for the whole school. Parents are very welcome and we have coffee afterwards. Year Group Masses and Liturgies are held regularly in the Chapel and a group of parents meet for Parents' Liturgy. All dates and times of services are posted on the Chaplaincy Notice Board and in the Chronicle.

Supporting the religious tradition of the school by exploring ways to demonstrate its relevance and value to the everyday life and relationships of the boys is also important. Over the course of the year, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th Form boys attend 'mini-retreats' at venues outside school including St. George's College, Worth Abbey and Chilworth Friary.
