Junior Department | Music
The age of boys taught in the Junior Music Department ranges from 3 years to 8 years. All the boys from the age of 6 years have the opportunity of learning a musical instrument and of joining one of the three junior choirs. Nearly 80% of the boys learn an instrument and many of them are members of the Junior Orchestra. The Junior Chamber Choir competes in local music festivals and sings in local churches at Christmas time. All boys are involved in the annual summer and Christmas concerts, and in the spring term the junior musicians perform in a concert for parents and friends.
